Order Processing Time

All the orders placed with Gear Check Gaming Accessories are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. If you place an order on this day, it will be processed on the next available business day. 

Once your order is processed, you will get the notification. In the notification email, we can update you on the status of your shipment. In the case of high-order volumes or stock orders, the processing time may be delayed, but we will notify you.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. We may take 24-48 hours to update your tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Our team strives to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. Sometimes, the orders are delayed due to the common reasons:

Lost or Damaged Packages

When your package is in the possession of the carrier, we are not liable for any loss or damage. However, we help resolve any issues.

Damage package: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email (support@yourstore.com) within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the damaged items 

Once we received your email, our team began the process of resolving the issue.

Lost package: If your package is lost, please contact us at (support@yourstore.com) within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Changes to your order:

If you want to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (support@yourstore.com). Your request will only be addressed if the order has not been shipped.
